We have the new MiniMonkey Twin carrier in the library. We tried it out a while ago and decided to add one to the shelves for local families! This is a soft structured carrier designed to carry two children of similar sizes on the front at the same time. It is attached to the adult's body and made snug, and then each baby is placed one by one into each pouch, which is then tightened further to fit around the baby.
