The Modern Princess and Her Maid Collective are Quite Normal(?)
it/its (presently…?)
Creature
Some manner of large, sentient, inky substance that can form into almost any shape it pleases, which has laid dormant and oblivious to the developing world around it until the Royal We opened the chest containing it. Speaking as a collective with a booming monotone voice, it has awakened weaker than it remembers itself as and is mystically bound to the tower, thus powerless to resist the Royal We’s efforts drafting it into her service as a personal maid.
Deemed too large to work with when forming a humanoid body made out of the singular large mass it encompassed, it usually works by splitting itself off into multiple bodies that are all controlled yet moving and communicating independently. Each gets its own specially made full-body maid outfit to prevent it from leaving an inky mess around the tower as it works and giving it a firmer humanoid body to work with, letting it interact with objects.
Due to being locked away for so long, unused to functioning as a humanoid body and completely unacquainted with a more modern world, it fumbles with its attempts to do the duties of a maid and is usually left to more convenient modern methods, causing strange and irrational emotions to develop within it for the first time.
Eventually able to leave the tower when closely accompanying the Royal We, after a part of the tower becomes embedded in her body during a fight sparked by a disagreement between them.
A large bodied princess that has lived the most spoiled life imaginable, separated from the world at large in her tower and left to entertain herself with all the modern devices she has been left with. One day, venturing into the (supposedly) sealed depths of her tower, she uncovers a (supposedly) sealed chest containing the We Many and releases it from a long slumber back into the world.
Outwardly just a normal human princess confined to her tower in a modern world, her ruby red eyes betray a sinister soul that’s enjoying her sense of dominance over We Many, far more than she playfully lets on. When engaging in combat, she displays an unusual amount of bloodlust and strength that sharply contrasts her outward personality and lifestyle. Her body was able to absorb and rapidly heal from a fragment of the tower becoming embedded in her, during a spat with We Many.
Loves to provoke We Many when given the chance, adoring the chance to issue strange demands and odd punishments when it fails at given tasks. Has entertained her unusual whims a number of times, including trapping a small fragment of We Many in doll clothes under a cup as she observes its behaviour while segmented off and trapped like this, and demanding the multiple bodies of We Many to pose together as she draws them.
