Minty Shine is played by my friend Gray shes an NPC we found in hackamore while we where investigating some "odd ghouls" that turned out to be scary soul stealing husks that turned you into more of them if you die. Shes part of a daybreaker worshiping cult called "the suns of celestia" and she joined our party to find out who wripped open a hole in reality in her home town and signs point heavily to the enclave testing out insane weapons She is the group witch hunter aka inquisitor
