Mandarin Mint Winter Lemonade is a cool and sour drink that combines the bright citrus flavors of mandarin and lemon with the cool, energizing taste of fresh mint. Great for warm winter get-togethers or as a pick-me-up on chilly days.
Ingredients: 1 cup freshly squeezed mandarin juice. 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice. 1/4 cup honey. 1/4 cup water. 8-10 fresh mint leaves. Ice cubes.
Instructions: Honey and water should be mixed in a small saucepan. Slowly heat until the honey melts. Take it off the heat and let it cool. Put the honey syrup that has been cooled down and the lemon juice in a pitcher. Put mint leaves in a glass and crush them to release their flavor. Then, add ice cubes to the glass. Pour the mandarin lemonade mix into the glass that has ice in it. Put a sprig of fresh mint on top. Before serving, stir slowly.
