Im British, we have something called a constitutional monarchy, that means the crown has given up all powers to p/ment, which contains 2 houses the House of Lords and the House of commons, the queen opens parliament and she visits the House of Lords once a year, parliament in theory acts on her behalf, but in practice she has absolutely no power, all of the monarchies power now lies with the PM. we do elect representatives in the HofC, but in Lords, there appointed or born into it, runoutofspace
