been eating too irregularly and randomly so doing IF until new years cus it's been a while
my rules:
1. engage in physical exercise for AT LEAST 1 hour a day: literally anything - walking, dancing, gym, pilates, yt videos, skipping, running, to name a few
2. average ~200ml every hour? that’s pretty doable (8hrs of sleep of sleep so i’d get over 3l water a day)
3. 18 hour IF - 11am to 5pm ideally but later if there is an occasion that day. whole foods whole foods whole food! they taste better than junk, let’s be real
bonus tip - just practising being in the moment for mental health reasons and to prevent binging.
