Slight Mirror Dan redesign and rename!
The mirrorverse is one of my favourite things in Bakugan Gen 2, it's so fascinating to me and GODS I wish we'd seen more of it, there's so much going on there that would've been so interesting to explore in canon </3
I tried to mostly stick to how he canonly looks for the design as it's not really a "redesign" but more of an idea of who he could be if he was given the chance to be more than just Dan's copy, but the idea of him having split heterochromia with a combination of mirror grey and jade green was too perfect to resist,, I've put an edited screenshot of this headcanon for his eyes underneath the cut!
About the name
Jade (from the word jaded or a gemstone that brings fortune and luck) Dorian (from the sea, associations with Dorian Gray which has themes of duality and the influence of others)
It links to his character as Jade is Aquos (sea) and shows a more jaded/cold side to his personality occasionally (such as in AA 47), which contrasts a lot with his usual timid nature (duality) he's also influenced by the real AB to change and become more confident in himself. Fortune and Luck could be seen as ironic OR in reference to how he was lucky to meet the real AB and get the chance to change and improve his situation with the other mirror ABs!
I have names and ideas for some of the other Mirror AB members!! Should I draw them too???
