After reading the description of this I feel extremely called out

Man I'm starting to feel for that lady in "lost in yonkers" I haven't been able to breathe all weekend except for when I was out with my friends on Saturday night

Is it possible for sleep apnea to spread to when you're awake? Like you just stop breathing for a few seconds until you notice your chest feels tight and then it's that weird thing where you're thinking about your breathing and doing it conciously so it doesn't quite feel right

#I've had this issue before #but I'm wondering if it's the pills they have me trying #in which case it's doing the opposite of being an antidepressant #mirrormarty #my Christmas wish is to calm down

Also I'm hype!!!!!!! Bc I bought a tablet and it came in on Friday

But honestly? It's fucjing cristmas babey idk when I'm gonna get to actually open it bc I'm so gorram busy I won't have time for like. A week
