Shadow hates Sonic with his guts bc he represents everything that he seems like "undesirable", he's lazy, doesn't care about anything, and still life smiles at him, like he really deserves it, and he thinks he doesn't at all. The thought of the death of that rat gives him so much enjoyment and fills him with thrill, that he looks kinda lunatic
Shadow has a very notorious crush on Silver, even tho he's ironically like Sonic. But let's say that at least Silver seems to be more down to earth and just happens to have pretty bad luck, something that Shadow finds charming

On the other side, I cannot tell if Silver has a crush too on Shadow, although he doesn't know about that yet (yes, he's oblivious), but still finds him adorable and is very grateful of his help
now, about Sonic, Silver has a noticeable problem with controlling his emotions, specially anger, and Sonic seems to like to pick on him, technically, messing with him, and he HATES that, they have fought in the past, but he cannot do much without being expelled
Side note: Silver is very protective of Shadow, and he notices, making him fall harder and harder

finally Sonic, that has a secret obsession with Shadow, but not in the romantic way, but more like trying to find out what's going on really with him, and he likes to mess with him for fun
Same goes to Silver, although Sonic also hates his guts because it seems like Shadow is so so so in love with him, and would do anything for him, and it feels kinda unfair, since he knows that they are pretty much alike, and that Shadow hates him and wants him dead.
what's the difference? he questions himself sometimes without a concrete answer.
