What trait do you like the most about yourself?

My bad for being weeks late with this. But a trait I love about myself if my curiosity. I like learning things even if it won’t benefit me in any way. Ever since I went to Canada and Ghana, I think I’ve had a rejuvenation of my curiosity. And I love it. Every now and then I’ll think about the Carl Sagan quote about how every human who has ever lived and died has done so on this blue rock that’s comparable to a pebble when you look at other worlds. Like, as far as we know, there isn’t any other sort of sentient life that compares to us. I want to keep on learning for as long as I can on this blue rock, and I hope I can keep on nurturing my curiosity for as long as I possibly can.

A character from anything that reminds you of yourself?

I tend to think of myself as a combination of Ron Swanson and Jake Peralta. Ron because of my demeanor around people in general and my attitude. Jake because of my views and interests.

What’s your favourite song to dance to?

This was the first thing that came to my mind. Whenever I’m cleaning around the house this is the one song that really gets me going.

Talk about the best birthday you've had.

Meh. I don’t really recall having too many “happy” birthdays. Meaning that they were special or extra or something. They were just average days for me. I mean don’t get me wrong when I was a kid I loved it because my parents would have birthday parties for me and I’d be able to see a lot of my friends which was nice. But as I got older I kinda started to go away from that. I still enjoyed it for the same reasons as before but what I learned is that “My” birthday parties aren’t really for me. It’s more for my folks and that’s fine. That’s completely okay and I understand that. I actually remember for one of my birthday’s my mom actually gripped my arm and snapped at me because I said these aren’t my friends. I distinctly remember seeing people there who I have never even seen before.
