Gob is not a sense of legitimacy, Mom.

First, My mom always says, "...from whence we came." I tell her that it's not a thing the way she says it, but to piss me off, she says it anyway. So today, my mom and I are both in the living room and I'm watching Arrested Development. Gob ends a sentence with "from whence it came." Hoping my mom didn't hear it, a few seconds goes by when she asks, "WHAT did he just say?" She thinks she's all smart by pointing out that it IS a thing since it was on TV. I told her that GOB said it so it doesn't mean much. She didn't listen. I'm disappointed. I thought she'd learn something after watching 6 episodes in a row with me tonight.

I think you misunderstood me before, Emma. When I asked if you would consider kissing a frog to see if he was a prince, I didn't mean would you want that prince for yourself. I meant would you kiss a frog if it meant freeing some poor guy from a cruel enchantment?

Wasn't the story was like some woman kissed a bunch of frogs, one turned into a prince, and they lived together forever? Or something like that. I really never paid much attention to the stories so I could be all wrong, but wasn't that the story? So if I kissed a frog and he turned into someone then I would have to be with him forever, right? Plus I know this town has the whole sleeping curse, but I doubt or I hope more that we also don't have animals running around who are people. Okay, this thought is only giving me a headache as I don't need to think about all this.
