Lowlifes Tesh Guttikonda, Mitch Oliver Canada, 2024 ★★★ I'm flabbergasted. Flabbergasted, I tell you.
The beginning is so awful, I was ready to give up. Of course, I didn't know it was meant to be that way.
I like the twists and turns of the plot (just the right amount) and I feel like the script needed a couple more passes and maybe not ask too much from certain actors (the family dad is terrible).
Other than that, it was quite the surprise! Eat your heart out, The Strangers Chapter 1!
