I do not support the idea of a live action princess and the frog because i for sure am not watching a bunch of cgi frogs when the 2d animated movie is right there.
HOWEVER if they do this movie, when they cast Naveen, he'd better be the most mix raced man to exist. Three or more races. Let's say South Asian, Black, and then something else--anything else. There's so many people in the world I'll be you'll find some mix race actors like that.
He canonically doesn't have a race, he's racially ambiguous. A mixed race actor would be the PERFECT choice for this. If anyone thinks otherwise, fight me.
And the fact that I have yet to see anyone suggest a mix raced man is bizarre to me
