And since it's a very interesting name, here's some explanation about it that I found.

Miyahara is a pastry store in Taichung. The name Miyahara (宮原眼科) is Japanese, I don't speak Japanese, but from the Chinese characters I can tell that it's a name for an eye clinic (the last two characters, 眼科, means 'eye clinic'). The reason why it has this name is because it used to be a Japanese eye clinic back in the day--and when a company bought the building and renovated it, they decided to keep the name.
