just saw your post about getting bitten by the battinson bug again and I'm gonna need you to get bitten ten more times cause I LOVE ur battinson fics

seriously though battinson fics are SO hard to find cause I feel like no one can really characterise him (cause obviously hes just a very different interpretation of the character and also is just much younger) and I think ur fics kinda nailed it honestly ur totally my favorite battinson writer

he is a bit hard to characterize this is true, even I struggle a bit. I think part of why I've dwindled a bit in writing him is that I've started approaching uncharted territory in my mind with battinson because a lot of what's carrying him in my writing is my interpretation of the movie and the before the batman novel (and the novel is like. not that strong writing wise so I have to go through that with a fine tooth comb) so sometimes when I start stretching my wings past that boundary, I get nervous. but I also think that's just bc it's been a while since we've seen him on screen!! rewatching with people who are seeing him for the first time with fresh eyes really helped dig up all that love though <3 glad to write him always
