Slitted eyes stared blankly at his surroundings, knuckles pressed against his lips as he continued to sit on the bench in contemplation. There was still a burst of shock in him that the board allowed him this small respite, in New York no less. His sister seemed to be having yet another existential crisis; most likely pertaining towards the men she kept in her disposal. Either way, she asked the educator to visit her post haste, leaving him barely enough time to even pack a luggage. However, he needed the period of silence... Even since he threw those glorified body parts into the harbor, he felt himself on edge.
Bottom rose from his bench, brown hues scanning the park for the perfect shot. He brought his camera for just the occasion; he wished to document his endeavors in the most artistic way he was capable of. Looking through the lens, he position the point towards a tree just in bloom for the season... And before he realized the person in the shot, he clicked the shutter. A bright flash caught the small moment forever, and he glanced at the screen before he glanced at the woman.
“I am so sorry about that-- I had no idea you were right there. I hope you don’t mind being photographed... If you do, I could delete the photo. However... It does look beautiful.”
