Lucien: The Eve - story!

This actually has been mentioned so many times - that MC is the only colour in Lucien's life and though it sounds really romantic, I actually feel kind of sad too.
The kind of life that Lucien has led until he met MC... *sigh* Well, I don't know the full story but I know that it was terrible.
And because I care so much for him, when I think of what I know and all the terrible possibilities, I really feel so sorry for him.
He's a genius scientist and yeah, people think he's creepy (😒😒 to that) but does anyone wonder how he became like that? What kind of experiences does a person have to go through that they have a warped sense of love? Ever think of that instead of just looking at the result of those experiences - the broken, twisted human being that he is?
I seriously, I- I don't have words for the haters anymore. It's just so terribly...sad.
