The panel went through for Anime Matsuri
YAAAAAAAAAY
about the panel:
*:・゚✧ [Shades of Cosplay] *:・゚✧ Have you ever felt that you cannot cosplay a character because your skin tone doesn't match up to what you see in your favorite anime, cartoons, video games and comics? Well this is the panel for you! Join Omega Kitten and Moco Latte, two minority cosplayers who can help you overcome issues of esteem by showing you about people like you! We will discuss topics like 'facing your cosplay fears', 'finding the right characters for you', 'choosing color palettes that can help make your cosplay complementary to your skin tone' and much, much more! We are just here to help people fight the same fight many of us have had, by showing you all that there are others out there like you. No one should be afraid or feel insecure about this hobby, everyone should cosplay what they want when they want to! This panel is actually for everyone, we want to make everyone to embrace the skin they're in. Let's talk about cosplay and how anyone and everyone should do it! This is a feel good panel, no negativity here. If you cannot say something nice, do not say anything at all, or just don't attend! If there are any put downs that go on in this panel, you will be asked to leave.
This should be fun, very fun. I'm going to celebrate by makin' vegan choco chip hurray!
