H&M Review 03/2019
I just wanted to take a moment to disucsss the recent changes H&M has been to “improve” their clothing items size (to match the traditional 0,2,4 XS,S,M standard US size measurements, etc).
To: H&M
You haven’t quite gotten the job done yet. Your sizes guide and apparel may directly correspond with US Standard sizes, however, you can’t seem to keep it fluent. Below is a photo of two of the same size garments. It is clearly evident the chest and bottom hem are an entire inch in difference. Why is that?
Also... you don’t allow for online exchanges. So I have to return all the items that don’t fit and then when you refund me, I can then re order. Sort of frustrating.
