About to immerse ourselves into the #moerandgone headspace of the vast #baviaanskloof mega-reserve. This remote and rugged wilderness rates as one of my favourite #easterncape destinations. Most people do not stray off the main gravel strip, though, and as a result they often miss out on some of this #worldheritagesite's hidden secrets ... One of my #outdoor discoveries is the amazing #cedarfalls along the @theleopardtrail. Hidden within a craggy kloof - brimming with ancient cedars and tumbling waterfalls - this is also the base for this weekend's @leopardtrailrun, presented by @ecobound_adventures. Best of all is that I get to spend a few days off the grid with @maraiskaryn, Grace and @robert.marais, far away from the madding crowd.
