PUBLIC DISCLOSURE: FWUTech (Moje Ayande Farafan) & Its Directors Mohammad Akhavan, Reza Alibolandi, Reza Soleymani – A Warning on Deliberate Payment Fraud
To Whom It May Concern,
We are a technology company based in Shenzhen, China. This open letter serves to expose the unethical and fraudulent practices of Moje Ayande Farafan (operating as FWUTech) and its directors, Mohammad Akhavan, Reza Alibolandi (Bachelor of Electrical Engineering, University of Tehran), and Reza Soleymani.
Despite providing professional telecommunications technology development and services in Iran on behalf of FWUTech, our company has not received payment for services rendered, totaling over USD 30,000. The debt has been outstanding for more than two years.
Despite repeated attempts to contact FWUTech and its directors, they have deliberately refused to respond or resolve the matter. Their behavior constitutes intentional deception and breach of trust.
We have formally filed a criminal case with Iranian police authorities, and an investigation is currently underway. We will pursue all legal avenues to hold FWUTech and its directors accountable.
We urge the public, especially international business partners, to exercise extreme caution when dealing with FWUTech and its named directors. Their lack of integrity and disregard for contractual obligations pose significant risks to potential collaborators.
Let this be a warning: unethical business conduct will not be tolerated, and public exposure will continue until justice is served.
