AIO for thinking my mom’s coworker might be into me?
I (23M) am friends with one of my mom's coworkers, "S" (32F). S is married to another woman, "Y" (28F). I've known S since I was a teenager because she worked with my mom. Back then I actually had a bit of a crush on her, but I never acted on it because she was older than me and I later found out she was a lesbian. I even attended her wedding when she married Y. Over the years we've become friends, but during the past year I've noticed some behavior that feels a little unusual. She's become very interested in my dating life and regularly asks whether I'm seeing anyone. She often tells my mom that I'm handsome and says she doesn't understand why I'm always single. In our chats, she frequently compliments me, asks personal questions about my relationships, and sometimes flirts with me. Recently she asked about my relationship history and also asked what my opinion was on older women dating younger men. The thing that really made me wonder was that she booked a dinner reservation for just the two of us and told me not to mention it to either my mom or her wife. At the same time, she's always identified as a lesbian, so part of me thinks that whether she is actually bi? AIO for thinking she might be interested in me romantically, or am I completely misreading the situation?
Reddit consensus: NOT OVERREACTING (NOR) (100% confidence)
Top comment: “NOR she likes you. And youll know it for sure if when you are both in person she touches you. Like grabs your arm or brushes up against you. Be prepared for that dinner. She may try something and if you aren’t into it, tell her.”
Notable comment: “NOR, RUN!
Call me a cynical old bitch but if she's got baby fever you may be a candidate. A one nightstand (or two) with a clean cut kid that you know comes from a good family, with no disease or mental illness OR pay thousands at a sperm bank. Sounds like you're in the 3rd interview phase...”

My mom, who quit anger management because the therapist pissed her off, just told me she came to the revelation that she picks fights with people. I’m like what do you mean? You are always fighting with someone. How is this a revelation?
She said, “If you asked me yesterday why I’m always yelling at people I’d tell you I don’t. But I do and I usually pick the fight.”
And then she got mad at me because I was shocked that she was just realizing this. Girl, you’re 56 and you just realized you’re always yelling at someone??
At least she’s becoming self aware now?
