I can't wait for the first fight in MY-TH where Maou pulls out a giant cartoon mallet and tries to kill My-Th only for My-Th to cleverly move Maou's own tail into the path of the mallet
and then drops an anvil on his head

its simply so fucking cool
im so excited
started watching one of the OOO movies and Ankh has been possessed by a dark curse
Zeztz being set in a dream world where anything is possible is super cool and awesome however whenever a different piece of media has weird fucked up dream stuff, whether it's a whole world of dreams or just a strange dream sequence, my first thought is just "damn wouldn't it be crazy if Zeztz just pulled up"
and then the urge to write crossover fanfic returns....
i am officially lezzing out over Erika Satonaka
shes so fucking cool....
me when I see the gochizo of doom and despair
oh my god.
this week's Nightmare is themed after Wizard.
the nightmare being a Prison that they have to escape is a complete reversal of the "Inner Worlds" from Wizards, where they had to prevent the Phantom from breaking free. The goal of the humans is to escape while the Nightmare is trying to keep them inside. not to mention, the symbol used inside the prison is very indicative of the Wizard Fire, Wind, Earth, and Water rings.
the Chainsaw Death Robots can probably be connected to the Phantoms in some way, though they also have a reversed role (keeping the humans inside the prison)
was going to make a post dissecting the Nightmares and how they they reflect the themes of the Riders they are similar to. but then i realized theres a bunch more symbolism in their motifs and how they tie into their Riders that I have to take a bit longer to gather my thoughts on them all. the most basic connections i can say right now is that Build = Creation, Bomb = Destruction Ghost = Life, Crow = Death
I'm a little loose on the Double / Gun connection though. I think it does exist, I might just not be smart enough to realize it though... the main connection i can draw is that while Double is a combination of two forces (Shotaro and Phillip) to serve as a protector, the Gun Nightmare is a combination of two forces (its two guns) to be serve as an aggressor, though i feel like theres some symbolism im missing in that connection. what are other peoples thoughts?
