10: Neuroses? Do they recognize them as such? 

She sometimes shows slight signs of anxiety, but otherwise, no.

19: What do they think about before falling asleep at night? 

Depends on what her day was like, but she tends to think a lot before sleeping, her mind just wanders.

22: Given a blank piece of paper, a pencil, and nothing to do, what would happen? 

If she was allowed to do whatever she wanted, she'd probably write. Just anything that comes to mind.

28: Who do they see as their best friend? Their worst enemy? 

She doesn't really have many friends, since she's not a social person. She tries her best to be nice to everyone and doesn't have any enemies to speak of.

29: Reaction to sudden extrapersonal disaster (eg The house is on fire! What do they do?) 

Her first instinct would be to find her parents and/or closest family and make sure they're not hurt.

A bit about Monica's childhood

When Monica was about 6 years old, she was kidnapped and Mukuro and Mammon were given a time slot of three days to find her, but they were a little too late. When they finally got to her, they found her sitting on the floor, surrounded by corpses, crying, with her right eye glowing like Mukuro's does. She was terrified because she'd acted in self defence, not really knowing what she was doing.

Mukuro and Mammon never really got over it, because they'd tried to keep her out of mafia business, but instead she'd already become a killer at such a young age.
