-Who wraps presents horribly and has to get help from the other: I feel like the answer to this is both Twyla and Diandra. They don’t THINK they’re wrapping horribly, but they don’t understand why, when they give gifts to people, they make such strange faces at the bows being on the inside instead of the out, or at there only being random scraps of wrapping paper cut in the shape of music notes that doesn’t cover what the gift is from view. I think some years Archie helps them out -- he appreciates their quirks, obviously, but their sisters would just let them be ridiculous and enjoy seeing them get laughed at, probably, and Archie would be the one to still give them some creative freedom while also keeping them from getting judged too harshly.
-Who excitedly wakes up their partner on Christmas morning: Trixie and Dixie. It’s part of their ‘evil without everyone knowing we’re evil’ thing, they wake people up obscenely early so everyone’s sleepy and ugly and miserable except for them lol and they get away with it by blaming Christmas enthusiasm.

(I’m gonna do this meme based on who was a castle kid when you left the group, so that means Leverett didn’t exist yet and Lexi, Julie, Kettle, Chip, and Marie are all included RIP CASTLE KIDS)
-Who wraps presents horribly and has to get help from the other: Rainier is one of the only boys in the castle and he’s also just SO LARGE. I cannot picture those Goliath hands being good at wrapping dainty little presents, so I feel like he’d be the one who needs help. In olden days it was probably something he asked Jac for since I don’t think Julie would put all that much effort into wrapping gifts, either, but after the breakup maybe he went to Rosalie or Marie for that kind of thing instead?
-Who excitedly wakes up their partner on Christmas morning: I feel like when they were younger, this was Lyssa. She and Lexi were among the youngest of the group (along with Jo who just doesn’t seem like the type) and Lexi has always been on a schedule, so as one of the babies it fell on her. As she got older and more self-conscious, though, I think the honors probably went to Liam instead.
-Who holds the mistletoe over the both of their heads: I feel like Rosalie might have done this when she was younger because the idea of Rainier having to kiss and fall in love with either Jac or Marie because of it was like, a romantic and great idea (and obviously we know it was Jac but hey, at the time anything could have happened!) Now in later life I’m not sure who would be the one to hang it
-Who sets up the christmas lights and who holds the ladder: I feel like Lexi has been taking point on this for a super long time??? She’s the castle control freak and I feel like Lyssa would have been the dutiful sister who helped her even when some of the older kids might have been getting frustrated by bossy babies lol

I wouldn’t say she’s entirely mean-spirited but she definitely seems like she has a lower bullshit tolerance than some of the others. She was always so quiet and flew under the radar even when she was writing her hilariously alarming imagines, so I feel like she’d always be able to get called in to save the day. Or if Kettle wants to let people suffer in mall jail because they’re all idiots, Chip would go because he’s the old responsible one of the bunch. If I had to pick a first choice for who was ending up in mall jail, it would maybe be Julie simply for HAVING a knife on her person, or Lexi for losing her chill if something didn’t go according to her schedule.
