Twenty years ago today a group of local volunteers transported and installed this gigantic cross on Monte le Croci, replacing the original one that had fallen. Over the last couple of years, with a different group of volunteers, we cleared the trails leading up to the cross that had long been abandoned. Today, just before sunset, the skies opened up long enough for us to make a celebratory run up to Monte le Croci. Esattamente vent'anni fa un gruppo di volontari locali ha trasportato e installato questa gigantesca croce sul Monte le Croci, in sostituzione dell’originale caduta. Negli ultimi due anni, con un’altro gruppo di volontari, abbiamo ripulito i sentieri che portano li, percorsi che erano stati da tempo abbandonati.
