I analyzed everything. I mean this summary is missing 2 days as it lacks today and tomorrow data, but I don’t think that would change a lot.
Average calories consumption: 1991 kcals
rest days: 12 - 4 (days from this were continuation from my 7 day rest after finishing IC challenge) = 8
worky days: 17
Average addiotional activity time: (not counting training sessions) ~97 minutes
So after this month I’ve lost like 2cm off my waist, which is nice. My goal was to make my abs look better but also main goal was to get stronger and I am pretty sure I did.
