Initially meant for "Tears", one of this year's Month of Love prompts - unfortunately I didn't get around to finish it nearly in time, but here it finally is! Another digital experiment - I think I need to push the linework further for this to really work for me, but I'm quite happy with how this turned out! This is what I made for the prompt “truth” for last week of the Month of Love challenge. I can’t think of a romantic quote that has more truth to it...and sometimes what *your* heart wants may horrify everyone else. :-)
I only found out about the Month of Love 2019 challenge partway through February, and now I see that there’s a corollary Month of Fear challenge in October. I think this piece might have been better in the Fear category...
