↟ ↟  A bestial cry sounded, dropping off the cliffsides and pittering out in the sea, as the monstrous reptile threw himself into yet another unassuming viking shack. A massive form rolled once, away from the wooden debris, hooked talons raising toward the sky, a single beat of leathery wings sending that muscular frame careening toward the largest building on the island. The great hall would be scaled with eerie, almost panicked precision, flaming gel dripping from an open, panting maw, forked tongue lolling out in between jagged fangs. 

All the while, roars and bellows would be directed toward anyone foolish enough to come near, as he clung akin to a rather distressed spider to the side of the village’s centerpiece. Something was likely wrong.

In fact, it was probably pretty bad, as the creature didn’t even appear agitated, mostly just startled and ill.  ↡ ↡
