Ripped in 30: Week 2 Day 3
Yay day 3 is done. Still hard, and not as sweaty as I would assume I would be, but I'm good.
Today I did the workout earlier so I can take a little break and then go for a run after. I've been missing running, so I'm going to burn even more calories!
