Day #3105 Pansy Division - More Lovin’ From Our Oven Hats off to this band. They deserve a lot of credit for pioneering a whole new genre. In 1991 a gay positive punk band wasn’t super prevalent, unless you frequented Gilman St. like I did. Even back then I thought how ballsy (no pun intended) of these dudes to put themselves out there and just put it all out on the table and make the conversation happen. At the time it just seemed like another band with another gimmick, but in hindsight I really think this band did a lot for humans and i really respect the paths they paved. Thank you Pansy Division!
