Had the best realization this morning...
My roommate told me that when you first step on our scale, it adds 4 pounds to your actual weight. I had no idea, and she was right!!! I stepped on 3 times this morning – the 1st was 138 (which I thought I've weighed for the past month since we got it) and the 2nd and 3rd were 134! I have been losing weight after all :D
Losing weight is not the most important thing in this fitness journey – not even close. I've been noticing more muscle definition and increased endurance and overall strength, so I've been happy with my results. But this extra push to show me that I've also been dropping pounds along the way is just a great motivator. I'm so proud at how far I've come, but I'm not satisfied yet! I have a lot more to accomplish :)
