A little romp through the Morimoto menu in Napa. I think this is the first time I've ever seen daikon sprout sushi ON a menu. Usually I have to ask for it--and it is a favorite of mine. I don't eat much unagi anymore, but I wanted to try it here and not only was it gorgeous but ridiculously well done. As was the hamachi and maguro, naturally. Didn't opt for any if the steaks or entrees, only visiting the *serious meat* areas with sticky ribs and wagyu carpaccio.
