(( I'm really starting to think I should just retire The Teaseller. My muse for him has been starting to slip away lately, and I'm sorry, no offense, but it doesn't really seem worth it to keep a blog around for just one partner...?

I'd move him to Skype, but I've never been a fan of RPing on Skype or any chat-type thing--'cause even if I know the other person isn't expecting an immediate response, it just gives that feeling of urgency or immediacy.

I dunno. I'll probably try and talk about it with some people first. ))

So the "diverse relationships" lecture in one of my Psych classes was pretty lame... It focused more on cohabiting hetero couples and divorces/remarriages; there were 2 slides about interracial marriage (and then it was only black cis male/white cis female), and 1 slide about queer relationships. Even then it only talked about cis homosexuals. Bisexuality was mentioned in passing, and that was it. No recognition for pansexuals, asexuals, non-cis people/couples--like, I know there isn't much modern or supported research or whatever about them, but just...acknowledge that they exist, y'know? Not that hard. Didn't help that during the sex lecture asexual people were mocked/dismissed, with the usual stupid "amoeba" comparison and even the instructor saying she "didn't understand how people could not want sex". Like, just...dude. Seriously.

Hnargh. There's a discussion on gender that's gonna happen next class; probably have to take that with several grains of salt too. Jeeze. ))
