If you open it up yourself you may void the warranty. Call them first and ask!!!
There aren’t any seals to break (I checked) but it’s not a bad idea. Either way I’ll need to remove the hard drive before sending it in, though -- Dell by policy reformats your hard drive when you send your computer in for repairs, unless you remove the hard drive first.

Whipped without reducing, per the directions -- just threw in some cream of tartar and whipped it forever. They do take a lot longer than egg whites, even with the cream of tartar.

If it uses baking soda as a leavening agent, then the ketchup is your acid source. If it uses baking powder, then I'm baffled.

Well, in theory you slow-cook it until it’s reduced to gelatin, then you pull the gelatin out and put it on a rack to dry for a couple of days. It’s why having enough collagen to make it gel is really important in the stock.
