Adventures from 1am to 330am making GF carrot cupcakes filled with homemade wild blueberry filling, and frosted with vegan blueberry vanilla buttercream. Garnished with vegan white chocolate. Whilst drinking Scarlet O'hara drinks. More pics in the morning when I finish frosting them; the first batch of frosting turned out gritty cuz I didn't process the sugar long enough because the blender was loud. There's gonna be cupcake glitter, and the purple part of the chocolate garnishes is blueberry flavored.
