Ask me five years ago if I'd listen to kpop, and I would tell you that it would be farfetched. I don't understand what they're singing, so why even bother? But they're so damn catchy, and the artists even more lovable. And so today, I fangirled. I got rained on twice, my shoes are soiled and squishy, I haven't eaten or drank since 1:30pm, but I didn't mind. All for G-Dragon or Kwon Ji Yong or whatever you want to call him (Oppa? Haha). Who knew this would happen? Haha. This guy *knows* what he's doing, knows what makes his fans tick, and he delivers. He is great on stage, he does *things* to me whenever he dances (HE IS HOT 🔥), and he is pure genius. The concept of the videos in between his performances, the graphics... everything was on point. And ultimately, towards the end of it, he asks the question that on some days I also ask myself: WHO AM I? And his monologue!! "I can't show you everything, but showing you who Kwon Ji Yong really is for the first time... I wish I can still be someone who still shines without all these shiny things on." Huhu GD! 👑 BONUS: Dara was there, so my Daragon heart is also satisfied. ❤️ 👑 I still don't understand their songs (I know I can look it up, but I've only looked up the English translations of three songs, haha), but I know I'm sticking around.
