Maybe try asking your optician to give you a different frame for your glasses? I used to use titanium (or something like that) and it hurt really badly, so now I’m sticking to plastic. It doesn’t squeeze the sides so tightly.
i wear plastic ones. im wearing my older ones which are very light and i havent gotten a headache. i think my newer ones give me a headache b/c the ear part is thick so it presses against my head.

Exactly; they remain a blurry mash of something, like distorted glass images on a rainy day.
yes exactly!!! ugh its so bothersome. especially b/c i tend to get headaches from the pressure of the glasses against my head. and i get headaches from contacts. and i get headaches if i dont wear anything!!! ugh.

Ugh, same here. I feel ya! I’m severely myopic & can’t see shit w/o my glasses unless it’s up close. Like, reeeeeeally up close (think near face-palm distance).
