Yoga is a fun exploration with games, stories, and songs. Playing with breathing, body exercises and meditations to strengthen our concentration, self confidence and promote balance. Exploring partner work and games to feel the positive effects of yoga. . . . . YOGA FOR ALL 12:30pm £12 per person An hour of yoga followed by time around the campfire, taking part in a fire ceremony and enjoying refreshments and campfire treats! Let’s celebrate summer; harvesting the fruits of our labours! Taking time to perfect and challenge our skills, breaking from work, and enjoying the present moment with vibrant optimism. In the fire ceremony we intentionally let go of what no longer serves us and focus our intention on new dreams and what we want to create in this next phase of the year. We will bring with us the feelings, thoughts and behaviours that have been holding us back, old habits, stories, what we feel grateful for, all the lessons learnt, and what we want to invite in, and manifest now and for the year ahead.
