Interaction engineering project progress
The next step in our project was to connect mp3 module and speaker and figure out how to make them work. First I have created one sketch for the mp3 tf 16p module which we (me and Anandita) tested but did not work. We would get an error message asking about the library which we have in fact included, hence we looked for different test code to test it, again without any luck. Therefore we have asked Jouke how he connected the mp3 module, we have replicated it and it went further but it was not playing the song from the SD card. I kept trying different variations, sometimes I would get a message that the mp3 module is ready but the sound would still not play and sometimes the error message would say the SD card is not inserted. Then I have realized that the sketch from Jouke was not correct, I switched the power, used a different resistor and it finally worked! Next step is to connect them to the LDR sensors to play the sound when there is not a lot of light.
