Thursday 6: Received 4.5 gals. of Ale from Goodwin's.
Friday 7: first number of "Flying Post" appeared.
Saturday 8: paid Mr. Goodwin 1-4-9 for beer from July-December 1858.

Unfortunately this doesn't start off very exciting. I promise that there are some interesting bits in a couple of weeks time!
