Bro im crying thinking about milchick 😭😭😭😭😭😭 do u understand. That he Loves The Innies. They are his goats. His small little creatures. He didnt need to take them on an outdoor retreat and read them stories and get a 200 person marching band. He does not NEED to be doing all that but he DOES.

And its constantly failing!!! His entire tenure has been permeated with mockery, shame, disrespect, degradation, and an infinite accusation of inadequacy. The gift he gets for his promotion is his otherness memorialized. His words are wrong, he’s reminded at every chance. His every attempt of expressing care fails. His genuine love is mangled and Wrong and he is punished for it. Hes jumped and bitten. He’s the reason his boss is nearly drowned to death. He’s banged in the head with a trombone.

But he keeps fucking Trying. Constantly continuing to reward and celebrate the innies, because his idea of management is providing the kindness he doesnt receive. Give the appreciation he himself is hungry for. He carries himself with so much stoicism, but theres unrest beneath the crust and i want to peer at the hurt and fear and anger that keeps him here. Fighting this uphill battle for home in a place that was never made with a man like him in mind.

He’s trapped in this cycle of failure because he wants to do right with lumon, the company that dehumanizes him, and he wants to do right with the innies, the group he infantilizes. And he has real love for both. Isn’t that awful.
