“Kenny...Stop the car.” Her eyes glued to the accident on the other side of the road, Lorraine stares into the nothingness besides the fire engulfing the car as one hand reaches to touch Kenny’s arm - to ensure he STOPS while she can still be of some kind of HELP to those only just gone and unsure what had happened, or where it was they should venture onwards towards. 

Going into the light was rarely as simple as one would like it to be. 

Still staring at the blank space full of smoke and grit, her expression grows solemn. 

“She was so young...”

          as a  R U L E , the RESIDENTS of the “ murder house ” were collectively           supposed to keep potential new owners away. it was monotonous at           this point , they had come to a point where all spirits WILLING would take           turns scaring away buyers. however , charles was QUIET , fed up with           playing the mad doctor , & wasn’t keen on scaring off a single young man           without any company. it didn’t seem polite. so , instead , charles stayed           seated in the living room , settled in his cushy chair with a book. he           wouldn’t even look up at the man to speak to him.

          “ you’re interested in the house , I presume ? ”

“I think every dead person thinks that, so it’s not a very special wish,” he sighed, laying down and running his fingers through his hair. Klaus didn’t know why when he asked what Kenny wanted he was surprised by the answer. It was always the same. He liked Kenny, though. He seemed... nicer than the others. Some of the dead followed him around, begging for him to listen or seek some kind of revenge. They wanted him to do the dirty work for them. Kenny seemed to just want peace and answers.

He asked, “What... What do you want that I could give you? I can’t give you your life back, but I feel like I owe you something.”
