In the 7x18 Promo “Choose or Lose” Toby mentions going up to the cabin and asking Spencer to go with him. If you’ve followed my theory, you know that the cabin is important to me! I believe that the Cabin that Ezra was in wasn’t his, but Mr. Cavanaughs. I think that in 7x19 Spencer will accept Toby’s invite to the cabin. While there she will stumble across the lair and come face to face with A.D, Toby’s father Mr. Cavanaugh. This is someone she met long ago and that’s why he seemed familiar! Mr. Cavanaugh is A.D.

Why haven’t we obsessed over Toby’s drawing? This picture is quite disturbing actually. Earlier in the season I may have guessed that Toby was drawing pictures of himself, but now I’m sure it is of his dad! Toby has talked about his screwed up family before. His mother went from being a nurse to a patient at Radley. The picture on the right shows four bobble heads, one being a nurse. Toby’s drawing shows a man, a man who I could assume would be his father. Obviously the man has some mental issues, because each drawing shows a type of mental incapacity. The house reminds me of the one we’ve seen before, on the first Halloween where the Radley vehicle was shown. I believe the person that got out of the vehicle had been A.D. all along. We still have no idea what Toby or Jenna’s parents do for a living. We have never seen or heard of them and maybe this is because Toby knows that his father doesn’t fit the standard Rosewood ideology. Remember that A.D hides in plain site. How awesome would it be that he was there all along?
