Yeah just wanted to second the anons on this - the bar for slander/libel is extremely high - not only do they have to prove you said/wrote it, but they also have to prove you knew it was a lie when you did, and that you intentionally used this lie with the intent to hurt the person. And the bar is even higher for public figures. Which isn't to say that Trump or whoever else couldn't sue you, but there's essentially 0 chance they would win.

I'm curious, can you elaborate on the issues with Ghost Rider? I'm not really a big fan of the idea, but I'm definitely curious what your thoughts are.
I just find Marvel’s “everything is connected” requirement detrimental to the stories that could be told using their characters. I feel it becomes more about checking names off the list than considering where they should be and what they’re about. Half the headlines for Spider-Man: Homecoming are about Tony Stark and “how does he fit in?” and I don’t care because I want a Spider-Man movie about Spider-Man as a character, not one about the Avengers. So with Ghost Rider, a character we’ve never seen reach his potential on screen, I think about who he is and what he’s about. What’s the best story we could tell about a walking heavy metal album that punishes evil in a futile effort to redeem his own failures - and a spy show with a flying car that needs to bow down to the story events of “alien invasion but with witty one liner heroes” movies isn’t where I’d put him.
Right? That was one of my favorite parts of Ghostbusters too. Really enjoyed that movie overall.
