@william_bonac at 2.5 weeks out from this years @mrolympiallc Picture taken last night! This mornings body weight 242lbs at 5ft 7in, Williams really starting to get that hard, dry grainy look. Very nearly stage ready. So Super Proud of William, he's everything I could ever wish for and want from an Athlete, Not because of his shape or structure, but because he keeps trying to be the best he can be without Ever complaining.
