This Chicken Patty Parmesan recipe from Mrs. Happy Homemaker makes tasty patties with the flavors of traditional chicken parmesan.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground chicken. 1/2 cup bread crumbs. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/2 teaspoon onion powder. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. 1 cup marinara sauce. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 375F 190C. In a bowl, mix ground chicken, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined. Form the mixture into patties and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until patties are cooked through. Remove from the oven and spoon marinara sauce over each patty, then sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve hot and enjoy!
