Hm. I think actually, based on those two details and the context of the story I’m working in, I might want to make his eyes grey after all? I’d been considering it before but...
The point is he *has* magic, but it’s a bit depleted right now, but most importantly, it’s not got any kind of *alignment*.
It’s not thaumcraft, it’s not ender magic, it’s not blood magic, it’s not any of the Ars aspects. It’s almost *raw* magic. I can go into further detail but I’d have to put it under a spoiler tag if you were interested.
