Freya barely let him go. Some kind of harebrained idea had wrangled Charles' mind and refused to let go, but that was what a low tolerance and the best weed a pair of rich kids could get themselves into offered. It only made matters worse that this was his first time, probably his last, but in the moment he felt freedom for the first time since memories could be formed. He didn't feel as though his parents had a noose around his neck, a time and a place to be other than where he wanted to be, and that very place was in the doorway of Tammy's front door after he had rung the door bell once, and then twice when he couldn't remember if he had done it at all.
"Hey," he breathed out when he finally answered, smile growing at the sight of him from his lazy posture. Shoulder melted against the trim, one ankle over the other before his hand reached out to Tammy's chest, knowing exactly where the tattoo was, remembering it with a clarity that not much else was under. "Bloody Nora.. you're always wearing the softest clothes," he muttered before chuckling. Oh, this was a dumb move.
