I keep watching meanie ena and keep visualizing Mrs Pomp in her place. so I had to draw a few of her quoting the lines ^_^
SUSANxPOMP ONESHOT -- 400~ words
Susan tucked the flower against Ms Pomp's ear, making the other woman giggle against Susan's palm, before leaning into it. Resting her head against her wife's hand, though the ring slightly edging into her cheek, she could not care, for all that her care went into was the embodiment of love infront of her.
Ms Pomp saw Susan for what she was, the reincarnation of Aphordite before her. And what was Pomp? Nothing but a mortal soul against the touch of a thousands petals, and yet.
Susan chose her.
She chose her over Baldi, she chose her over anything.
Ms Pomp could only give so much to what seemed to be life herself, Mother Earth before her as she held Pomp's jaw, cradling it as she ever so subtly leaned her head towards her even more. Ms Pomp only leaned into it, arms supporting her turning into jelly as she only submitted to what Susan requested of her.
And yet.
Susan averted her gaze, to what was her beloved, to the field of flowers all around them. Teasing Ms pomp before even anything had started or ended.
"Darling?"
The voice cut through the air, a sudden weight against what seemed to be timeless.
"Would you… love, even after I leave?"
Ms Pomp paused.
"Would you go and find, a man maybe, and fall for him. Once I leave? Once I return to the core, like you eventually will with me."
Susan paused, moving her thumb against Ms Pomp's cheek as her smile seemed to dim, her lips steering downwards.
"Would you—"
"I would not."
Susan's eyes widened with startled, the weight in her hands becoming evident as she felt Ms Pomp lean against her neck, not touching, just speaking against her as the rhytms of her speech vibrated through Susan's body, as if the entrance to her core.
"I would wait till the very day the last leaf falls, wait till the last droplet falls, wait till I fall with you."
…
"But i would not wait with another."
Ms Pomp raised her head, up to Susan's face.
She kissed her.
